You can’t mod your 1911 if you don’t know how to disassemble or clean it!
One of the more difficult tasks to do on your own, but we walk you through everything from tools to techniques. Combined with the guides below, we reached a crisp 3.5 lb trigger pull.
Make your slide and frame fit feel as smooth as glass, without shooting thousands of rounds through it. All you need is some polishing compound and elbow grease.
A much easier process than the true trigger job above to lower your trigger pull. Just requires polishing compound, sandpaper, and a Dremel to lower your pull by .5 – 1 lb.
Swap out that flimsy ill-fitting stock trigger for a custom fit fully adjustable trigger.
Adjust your new trigger to reduce the amount of slack before the shot breaks, as well as lower the reset distance.
