Magpul just dropped a line of new products, but they’re not magazines, stocks, or DAKA organizers.
Meet the three new Magpul EDC bags. They’re understated but packed with tactical features, advantages, and opportunities to customize.
Can they compete with CCW bags from Eberlestock, Vertx, and Viktos? That’s for you to decide. If enough people buy them, they’ll stick around because this is a limited run.

The gear drop includes a 15-liter messenger bag, an 18-liter backpack, and a 25-liter backpack. All three feature black or flat dark earth 500-denier polyurethane-coated nylon exteriors, weather-resistant YKK zippers, and at least one hidden compartment for your CCW pistol.
The EDC15 messenger bag is designed for professionals who need a small sling that can carry a laptop, basic office essentials, and a pistol. The large CCW compartment has zippers on either side, hook-and-loop material to mount a holster, and room for a Glock 34 or smaller with a red dot and light.

Want something more casual? The slim EDC18 backpack features room for two 18-inch laptops, a pocket for an Apple Airtag, and a key leash. The CW compartment will fit a Glock 19 or smaller with a red dot, light, and holster.
Magpul’s largest EDC bag is the EDC25. In addition to more volume, this backpack features two CCW compartments. One will hold a Glock 34, red dot, light, and holster; the other will hold a Glock 17, red dot, light, and holster.

If you buy one of the backpacks, you can add a tactical or media sleeve. These inserts let you build specialized loadouts that you can add and remove without reorganizing individual items.
This limited run will remain available until it sells out. According to Magpul, it’s a trial balloon to gauge customer interest. Customers who buy an EDC bag will have an opportunity to share feedback directly with Magpul.

Magpul lists an MSRP of $59.95 for the EDC15 messenger bag, $89.95 for the EDC18 backpack, and $99.95 for the EDC25 backpack.
If these bags do well, we can expect to see regular production and maybe some new models in the future.
