Editor’s Note: The AR-9 platform is a great way to save money by shooting 9mm ammo instead of 5.56 NATO. Palmetto State Armory's PX-9 PCC is affordable to buy, as well, making it a fantastic bargain. While the fit and finish can't compete with premium PCCs, we were impressed with how well the PX-9 shot. It's reliable, accurate, and offers a ton of value for the money.

Accuracy
Our PX-9 was a little ammo-sensitive, but we saw great accuracy with Winchester American Eagle 115gr FMJ.
Reliability
After 500 rounds spanning four types of ammo, our PX-9 ran great.
Customization
It's an AR with an M-LOK handguard -- have fun.
Ergonomics
The lower receiver was a little sharp on our test gun, and a flared magazine well would be nice.
Value
For the money, it's hard to do better than the PSA PX-9. It's relatively cheap to shoot, too!
