FINAL VERDICT

The DDM4A1 is a true duty-grade weapon. It puts a focus on durability and reliability, as evidenced by the presence of the RIS II Picatinny rail instead of M-LOK and the use of carbine-length gas instead of mid-length. While this may make for a slightly less pleasant shooting experience, you know the gun is going to work in the harshest of conditions, and your accessories will stay attached and keep zero. This is definitely a gun to consider for those looking for a high-end duty AR.
