The engravers, finishers, and gunsmiths at SK Guns are true artists and masters of their craft — as was the famous Italian Renaissance painter and architect Raffaello Santi (commonly known in English as Raphael).

Take those engravers, sprinkle in a few history buffs, add a small batch of 1911s from Springfield Armory, and you’ve got a recipe for a unique and elegant commemorative firearm.

The SK Guns Raphaello embodies art, design, and craftsmanship. Oh, and it’s chambered for good, ol’ .45 ACP.

SK Guns Raphaello Specs & Features

  • Action: Single action
  • Capacity: 7+1
  • Barrel Length: 5”
  • Overall Length: 8.6”

Custom touches include gold-plated engravings of three of Raphael’s most admired paintings, “The Garvagh Madonna,” “The Three Graces,” and “The Miraculous Draught of Fishes” on the slide. The artist himself is depicted on top of the slide.

The slide and frame are semi-polished and treated in a subtle pastel rose finish. The olive wood grips are imported from Italy and feature a hand-painted fleur de lis on each side of the pistol.

If you’re ever brave enough to put your grubby mitts on the pistol and rack the slide, you’ll get to appreciate the mirror finish on the barrel.

Only 250 of these pistols will be produced, and each one is numbered.

“The ‘Raphaello’ is a masterpiece that embodies the essence of Raphael’s artistic brilliance. We designed it with meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship, aiming to create a firearm that pays homage to the renowned Italian painter and architect,” Simon Khiabani, the owner and founder of SK Guns, said. “This limited-edition piece is a testament to the fusion of art and functionality, combining the beauty of Renaissance aesthetics with the precision and reliability of modern firearms.”
